Refund policy

We always hope that you're 100% satisfied with your order, but in the unlikely event in which you may not be, you may return unused, unworn goods in their original packaging and labels attached, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

If you need to return an item, please email contactus@forelson.co.uk with your order number and let us know the item you wish to return.  We will then be able to provide you with a link to start the returns process.

Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 5 workings days for us to process your refund.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in your bank account.

Returns Exclusions

The following goods may not be returned for a refund unless faulty:

◾ Any worn items

◾ Any other items of clothing that are not in their original packaging with labels attached
